I hereby authorize OXYGEN to perform the necessary repair / replacement as per the charges intimated to me. I know that OXYGEN will intimate me if there is any difference in repair charges or if the items is not repairable and I agree to the terms and conditions given below.

1.    I hereby confirm that the above-mentioned item belongs to me or the firm I represent and take full responsibility of the same if any dispute or legal action /enquiry arises.

2.    I hereby agree to collect the above item back within 60days from today. I also agree that OXYGEN cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage afterwards. if I fail to do so

3.    I further acknowledge and agree that I have backed up the data on my hard drive, and understand that OXYGEN cannot be held responsible for any loss of data on my hard drive.

4.    New used or refurbished parts maybe used in the repair of my notebook.

5.    Advance to be made for services done on chargeable basis.

6.    I understand that OXYGEN will take due care of my equipment. However, I agree that the items are left at OXYGEN at my sole risk.

7.  The product under warranty instead of directly entrusting with the authorized service center of the manufacturing company is being entrusted to Oxygen at my choice for convenience and the above product is merely to be handed over by Oxygen to the authorized service center of the manufacturing company in as in where condition is.

8.    DOA is provided as per the company policy. Product is eligible for submission for DOA under following conditions:

              A] product is eligible for DOA if it is within 7days from purchase date and sim activation date except for Apple products which has only 24hrs DOA period.

              B] All the accessories, booklets and full box should be in good condition.

              C] DOA applicable for only Hardware issues, software issues will not be covered under DOA.

              D] Physical damage, scratches, water logged will not be covered under DOA and service will be provided only chargeable basis.

Note:

1.     This inward note must be produced while taking delivery of the items.

2.     All other charges applicable are payable against delivery of the serviced item.

3.     The warranty does not cover if the product is tampered, physically damaged, misused, components removed, cracked, liquid damaged caused by power fluctuations, lightning or other caused beyond our control.

എന്നെ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ചാർജുകൾക്കനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യമായ അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണി / മാറ്റിസ്ഥാപിക്കൽ നടത്താൻ ഞാൻ ഓക്സിജന് അനുമതി നൽകുന്നു. റിപ്പയർ ചാർജുകളിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ടെങ്കിലോ ഇനങ്ങൾ നന്നാക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ലെങ്കിലോ ഓക്സിജൻ എന്നെ അറിയിക്കുമെന്ന് എനിക്കറിയാം. താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിബന്ധനകളും വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഞാൻ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു.

മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച ഇനം എനിക്കോ ഞാൻ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റേയോ ആണെന്ന് ഞാൻ ഇതിനാൽ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുന്നു, എന്തെങ്കിലും തർക്കമോ നിയമനടപടികളോ /അന്വേഷണമോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ ആയതിന്റെ പൂർണ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഞാൻ ഏറ്റെടുക്കും.

1. ഇന്നുമുതൽ 60 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ മുകളിലുള്ള ഇനം ശേഖരിക്കാൻ ഞാൻ ഇതിനാൽ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടാൽ അതിനുശേഷം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന നഷ്ടത്തിനോ നാശനഷ്ടത്തിനോ ഓക്സിജൻ ഉത്തരവാദിയാകില്ലെന്ന് ഞാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു.

2. എന്റെ ഹാർഡ് ഡ്രൈവിലെ ഡാറ്റ ഞാൻ ബാക്കപ്പ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ഞാൻ സ്വയം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുകയും അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു, കൂടാതെ എന്റെ ഹാർഡ് ഡ്രൈവിലെ ഡാറ്റ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നതിന് ഓക്സിജൻ ഉത്തരവാദിയാകില്ലെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു.

4. എന്റെ നോട്ട്ബുക്കിന്റെ അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികളിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചതോ പുതുക്കിയതോ പുതിയ ഭാഗങ്ങളോ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്

5. ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാവുന്ന അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന സേവനങ്ങൾക്കായി മുൻകൂട്ടി പണം നൽകേണ്ടിയതാണ്.

6. ഓക്സിജൻ എന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടത്ര ശ്രദ്ധ നൽകുമെന്ന് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു. എന്നിരുന്നാലും, ഇനങ്ങൾ എന്റെ മാത്രം അപകടസാധ്യതയിൽ ഓക്സിജനിൽ അവശേഷിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ഞാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു.

7. നിർമ്മാണ കമ്പനിയുടെ അംഗീകൃത സേവന കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഭരമേൽപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുപകരം ഉൽപ്പന്നം വാറന്റിക്ക് കീഴിൽ എന്റെ സൗകര്യാർത്ഥം ഓക്സിജനെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കുകയും മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ ഉൽപ്പന്നം ഓക്സിജൻ, നിർമാണ കമ്പനിയുടെ അംഗീകൃത സേവന കേന്ദ്രത്തിന് കൈമാറുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്ന് എനിക്ക് ബോധ്യമുണ്ട്.

8. DOA നിർമ്മാണ കമ്പനി നയം അനുസരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നു. ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകളിൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നം DOA- യ്ക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളതാണ്:

        A] 24 മണിക്കൂർ DOA കാലയളവ് മാത്രമുള്ള ആപ്പിൾ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ ഒഴികെ, വാങ്ങൽ തീയതിയും സിം ആക്റ്റിവേഷൻ തീയതിയും (ആദ്യം വരുന്നത് ഏത് ആണോ അതാകും പരിഗണിക്കുക) മുതൽ 7 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നം DOA- പരിഗണനയ്ക്ക് യോഗ്യമാണ്.

         B] എല്ലാ ആക്‌സസറികളും ബുക്ക്‌ലെറ്റുകളും ഫുൾ ബോക്സും നല്ല നിലയിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം.

         C] ഹാർഡ്‌വെയർ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് മാത്രം DOA ബാധകമാവുക ഉള്ളു. സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ DOA- യുടെ പരിധിയിൽ വരില്ല.

         D] ഫിസിക്കൽ ഡാമേജ്, സ്ക്രാച്ചസ്‌/ കോസ്മറ്റിക്, വാട്ടർ ഡാമേജ് എന്നിവ DOA- യുടെ പരിധിയിൽ വരില്ല, ചാർജ് ഈടാക്കുന്ന അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മാത്രമേ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാകൂ.

കുറിപ്പ്:

1. സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ഡെലിവറി എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഈ കുറിപ്പ് ഹാജരാക്കണം.

2. ബാധകമായ മറ്റെല്ലാ ചാർജുകളും സർവീസ് ചെയ്ത ഇനം ഡെലിവറിക്ക് എതിരായി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.

3. ഉൽപന്നത്തിൽ കൃത്രിമം സംഭവിക്കുകയോ, ഫിസിക്കൽ കേടുപാടുകൾ സംഭവിക്കുകയോ, ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുകയോ, ഘടകങ്ങൾ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുകയോ, വിള്ളലുകൾ, ദ്രാവക തകരാറുകൾ ഉണ്ടാവുകയോ ചെയ്താലോ, മിന്നൽ/വൈദ്യുതി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിന് അതീതമായ മറ്റ് കാരണങ്ങളാൽ ഏറ്റക്കുറച്ചിലുകൾ മൂലമുണ്ടാകുന്ന കേടുപാടുകൾക്ക്, വാറന്റി പരിരക്ഷിക്കില്ല.

4. ഓഫീസ് സമയം (OFFICE TIME): 10:00 AM മുതൽ (TO) 6PM വരെ
